Welcome to Purity Spa. By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services or packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

At Purity Spa Med, we value your time and strive to provide every client with exceptional care. To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled appointments, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always do our best to be understanding. This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers, staff, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee Breakdown

  • Same Day Rescheduling Fee: $35* (Excluding Med Spa Services)
  • Same Day Cancel Fee: 50% of appointment cost* (Excluding Botox)
  • No Show Fee: Full Cost of Appointment / Services

2. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time.
  • If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly and will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • No refunds or credit will be issued for missed time due to late arrivals.

3. Package Policies

  • All package purchases are non-refundable.
  • Credit from unused packages may be applied toward other services. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.

4. Expiration of Packages

  • The validity of packages depends on the service type and the number of sessions purchased. For exact expiration timelines, please consult with a Purity Spa manager.

5. Personalized Services

  • We offer customized packages tailored to your unique preferences. These are designed based on your individual goals and needs.

6. Consultation Fees

  • Facial consultation: $35
  • Med Spa, laser treatments, and electrolysis consultation: $55
  • Consultation fees are credited toward the cost of the service if purchased on the same day.

7. Payment Methods

  • Accepted: All major credit cards, cash, and Venmo (our only supported payment app).
  • Not accepted: Personal checks, Zelle, PayPal, or other payment apps.

8. Treatment Results

  • The duration of treatment results may vary based on the type of service and individual factors.
