Mary Madani has spent more than 30 years helping women feel healthy, supported and confident. She began her career in women's health as a registered nurse, midwife and lactation consultant, caring for women through some of the most transformative moments of their lives.
That same calling led her to medical aesthetics. Today, as Vice President, COO and RN Injector at Purity Spa Med in Arlington, Virginia, Mary blends science, artistry and compassion in every treatment. She helped grow Purity Spa Med into a destination where advanced medical aesthetics and classic spa care come together under one roof. Every client receives the same attention to detail and empathy that defined her decades in healthcare.
Community is at the heart of Mary's work. Under her leadership, Purity Spa Med offers free lactation classes for new mothers. It also partners with Doorways, a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, through donations, events and complimentary services.

Angelica Briceno, DNP, AGNP-C
Angelica Briceno, DNP, AGNP-C, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, facial rejuvenation, and advanced laser treatments.
Originally trained as a Medical Doctor at the Central University of Venezuela, she combines a strong medical foundation with postgraduate education in Aesthetic Medicine in Spain, as well as graduate studies in Nursing and Healthcare Informatics.
Her advanced training includes injectables, collagen-stimulating therapies, medical-grade lasers, and skin rejuvenation, with an individualized approach focused on safety, facial harmony, and natural-looking results.
